Library Organization and Staff
The Warren County Memorial Library is an institution dedicated to providing educational, reference and cultural information to the Warren County community of North Carolina. In a much larger sense we are more than an information reference center. The WCML represents the vibrant beating heart of Warren County providing it with the intellectual and cultural nutrients for growth and development. We invite all Warren County Residents to visit this resource and to “come grow with us.”

- Pursue grant opportunities where applicable to library services and resources.
- Offer library staff opportunities for continuing training and development.
- Provide outstanding external and internal customer service.
- Provide more programs that are essential to the needs of the community.
- And become a resource center that will provide necessary and needful information to the community
