We want you to join our elite team of book reviewers. To qualify for our special group you must have read some books, and you must have a strong opinion about them, one way or the other.

This Agreement states that you are the rightful owner of of the property that you are donating. This agreement further states that the property or items in question, after transfer shall be the exclusive property of the Warren County Memorial Library.

The Friends of Warren County Memorial Library funds special needs outside of

the Library's budget and provides volunteers for library activities.

This application is inviting you to “BE A FRIEND by joining today!” This form gives you the opportunity to Select Your Membership Level by choosing a donation amount that is valid for one year.

This is a request for Homebound Services. Homebound Services are made available to our patrons at no charge. We however, require that you qualify for these services by stating the reason why you or a family member are unable to come in to the Library to avail yourself of these services.

This form qualifies you, the craftsman, food grower or food product producer, to be listed in the WCML Homegrown-Handmade registry . By filling out this form you may also qualify to be featured in this Web site. Please also include pictures of you and our products to qualify to be listed or featured on this Web site. Contact the Library if you are unable to take pictures of your products or wares and we will try to provide additional assistance.

The Warren County Memorial Library has a state of the art modern Community Conference room. We make this facility available to Warren County Residents under certain conditions. The form listed here outlines the policy, procedure and guidelines for all applicants seeking to use this facility. No request for this Community Conference room will be considered until we receive this completed form

The Warren County Memorial Library accepts many pictures throughout the year for display and archiving. These downloadable documents give us information on the donor and the photograph being donated.
